Please know that your scheduled time with
us is valuable and we appreciate you
arriving on time for your appointment. If you
are unable to keep your appointment please
notify us by phoning (910) -423-4466.
We ask that you please respect our 24 hour
cancellation policy. If your appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you will be subject to a cancellation fee. (For extensive services we require a credit card deposit to reserve your space.) If you are unable
to notify us within 24 hrs we reserve the right to charge your credit card half of the complete service fee. If you are unable to notify us within 2 hrs we reserve the right to charge your credit care the complete service fee.
